7 Self-Care Reminders to Protect Your Energy This Season ❤️‍🔥

Reminders to having a peaceful, slow and self-care kinda holiday season:

1. Our body is not on holiday break, rest is medicine - if anything, this is the season to sleep more.

2. Set boundaries before gatherings - check in with yourself, how are you feeling (energetically, physically, mentally)? Is this a hell yes or are you saying yes to people please? 👀

3. Ask for help, don’t wait until you’re overwhelmed - people are waiting to help you.

4. Pack snacks, meds, warm layers, water - my mom always told me it’s better to be safe than sorry!

5. Have a safe phrase to exit conversations - work, you’re tired, hell, even your dog 🐶 put yourself first.

6. Let yourself feel everything - we’re serious.

7. You are not responsible for others’ comfort - and let’s say it again! You. Are. Not. Responsible. For. Others’. Comfort.
