CB Call Tonight + LA Event!
Our CB call is tonight, Wed Sept 11 at 5:30pm PST (Los Angeles) so I hope to see you there. If you have never attended a call but have been thinking about it this is your sign 🙂 Don’t feel the need to get dressed or put on a face, you can lay down, relax and just listen if you want to.
We have new members every week and this is just a safe space to connect with others, ask questions and know that you are not alone on your journey.

LA Hike with First Descents THIS Saturday!
If you are based in LA and looking to meet IRL, this Saturday we are teaming up with First Descents, an amazing organization that offers free excursions for cancer patients, caretakers and those diagnosed with MS.
We will be at Runyon Canyon this Saturday at 8:30am to hike for 1-1.5 hours. The trail is moderate and doable for any levels. Please bring water and snacks if you need and dogs are welcome!
We will meet at 2000 N Fuller Ave at the bottom gate near the snacks. I hope to see you there! RSVP HERE
