FREE EVENT TONIGHT 6/18 - Grief Beyond Survival w/ Stacey Cook

Last chance to sign up!

Join us on Wed 6/18 @ 5pm PST via Zoom for Grief Beyond Survival with Stacey Cook (@expansionwithstacey)

This reflective, conversation-based workshop is rooted in the understanding that grief doesn’t end with treatment, healing, or survivorship—it changes. And with that change, it can become harder to talk about, harder to feel held, and harder to know why.

Together, we’ll explore why it’s so difficult for others to hold space for grief—especially when it’s ongoing, complex, or invisible. Through that lens, we’ll gently shift the focus inward: how can we become more supportive within this community, and how can that clarity help us better identify what we’re seeking ourselves?

What You Can Expect

• The 3 most common barriers that keep people from holding space

• A deeper understanding of what grief really needs to be seen and supported

• What to say (and not say) when someone is hurting

• The “3 Knows” to help you show up with presence instead of pressure

• Greater clarity on the importance of “safe people” and how to identify them

Stacey Cook is an ICF-certified coach, mentor, and founder of Expansion with Stacey, where she offers highly individualized coaching to support people through the changes that matter. As a faculty member at Coaching at End of Life, she trains aspiring life, grief, and end-of-life coaches to show up with presence, compassion, and care. Her deep understanding of grief and it’s need for a safe place is shaped by both lived experience and years of walking beside others through life’s most tender moments. Stacey’s mission is to help more people get comfortable with the uncomfortable so they can truly be with themselves—and each other—when it’s most important.

See you there!
