Chinese New Year here we come 🔥🐎

2026 Year of the Fire Horse 🔥🐎

Last night we led an incredible event for people in the cancer and wellness communities. As we move into the 2026 Lunar New Year of the FIRE HORSE, we are preparing to move forward with quick aligned action, stepping into our power and letting go over old versions of ourself.

Last year definitely had it’s fare share of ups and downs but as we reframe what all life’s surprises is all about, we begin to understand that every obstacle is shaping us for something better.

The year of the snake was all about shedding, planning, and releasing people, places and things that no longer align with us. Although change can sometimes be difficult, can you learn to trust the process and trust that everything is always working out for you?

At our event we created awareness around what has shaped who we are today: the trauma, the experiences, the “cancer” and how we have adopted beliefs that once protected us but are maybe hindering our growth.

This year I encourage you to be okay with the growth. Understanding that change doesn’t mean danger. That the unknown is scary because we aren’t sure of whats coming. But staying comfortable in a space that is no longer meant for you is scarier.

If you couldn’t make the workshop, I hope you can make the next. This year you are meant for big things.

Are you an individual living with cancer or beyond cancer seeking exercise guidance? If so, you may be eligible to participate in a virtual research study conducted by Colorado State University.

The goal of the study is to look at the impact of remote guided exercise to help individuals living with and beyond cancer increase physical activity, increase quality of life, and reduce loneliness.

You may be eligible if:
You have been diagnosed with any type of cancer. You have completed primary treatment within the past 5 years. You are not currently exercising regularly.

💕 Act now to end Waiting Periods for MBC Patients

People living with metastatic breast cancer (MBC), breast cancer that has spread beyond the breast to other parts of the body, deserve the care they need when they need it. But for some of the more than 170,000 women and men living with MBC in the United States, long waiting periods create significant barriers.

The bipartisan Metastatic Breast Cancer Access to Care Act (H.R.2048/S.3442) would waive these waiting periods, improving access to care and quality of life for MBC patients. MBC patients should not have to wait for the care and financial support they require. Contact your legislators today to urge them to support this critical policy change.
