If you missed our virtual event with Dr. Aimee Anagnostos on Pelvic Health this past Wednesday, man you missed one of my favorite events thus far!
Dr. Aimee taught us what the pelvic floor is, irregularities with the PF and how treatment (lack of estrogen) plays into pain or discomfort with poop, pee and pleasure.
She gave us tools to alleviate these issues and even taught us the, “Breathe, Freeze, Squeeze + Calf Raises” tips to elongate urgent bathroom runs.
