Happy December 🎄❤️
The most wonderful time of the year? 🎄
The holidays are almost here….how are we feeling? This is a quick self and group check-in because woof, 2025 has been ruffffff.
I feel like the closer we get to the end of the year, the more it feels like people are crawling to that finish line. The team morale is down and we’ve all been put through the ringer this year!
If you’re a spiritual person like myself, most of us knew this year would be challenging. 2025 was the Chinese year of the snake, meaning deep transformation, shedding, and personal growth. In astrology, this was also a Number 9 year in numerology — which also signifies transformation, endings, and completion. So yes, with all of this, it means there are a lot of difficult moments that ultimately lead to your growth.
Remember, there is no true growth without a little bit of growing pains.
The good news is that next year we move into a Number 1 year: new beginnings, a fresh start, taking risks, being in the driver’s seat of your life. HELL YEAH. Coincidentally or not, it is also the year of the Horse, which represents: freedom, energy, prosperity, and victory.
Whether you believe it or not, trusting that your life and our world can only get better contributes to a more positive world and emotional space.
So, as we approach the holidays and you are feeling burnt out, tired, anxious, on edge or maybe even a little sad?…know that it is all okay.
Yes, spending time with loved ones is beautiful but you get to decide what the holidays mean for you. Capitalism wants to tell us that it’s the most magical time of the year so we spend more money but the real magic is tending to your needs, surrounding yourself with people who make you feel the best and reminding yourself that everything you need is already within you.
My hope for this holiday season is deep rest. I have been over-worked and honestly a little fried. I pray you also get the time and space to rest your mind and body without regrets. I love you!

SOS Cancer Baddies: I need your help!!! 😭
I have been managing everything on my own and to be frank, I am tiiiiiiired. Balancing survivorship, my other businesses and trying to grow Cancer Baddies has me feeling a bit frazzled tbh.
But—I got the wonderful idea from fellow Baddie, Sofia, to reach out to the community for support. So here I go and I hope you can help! Thank you, Sofia!
This community is comprised of some very talented individuals who want to give back after surviving a cancer diagnosis or who may be looking for something to do while in treatment. There are many ways I believe Cancer Baddies can reach more individuals and get their name out there but I would love your help!
If you are interested in leading or joining a committee to provide your skills, expertise and knowledge, we are looking for individuals to join forces. Whether thats an events team to help with event ideas and hosting, a finance team to educate other members or find grants to apply to, or a community team who works to keep community high either virtually or locally, we are all ears! It can be anything you feel you would be great at contributing not just the aforementioned teams above.
If you have an idea and want to help spearhead something, please please please shoot us an email at [email protected].
CANCER BADDIES JANUARY PHOTOSHOOT (LA & SURROUNDING RESIDENTS) !!!

YESSS! We are finally hosting a photoshoot and would love to feature you! We are looking for real baddies in the Los Angeles or surrounding areas who would like to participate in a photoshoot towards the end of January. We need both patients and survivors who want to show off their strengths and wear their cancer journey like a badge of honor.
LAST FEW DAYS TO SAVE! $170 Discount on GLP-1s
Our friends at FancyMeds have extended their Black Friday sale through 12/8. You can now save $170 on a subscription and reuse the discount 3 additional times.
I speak a lot about how much a GLP-1 has helped combat inflammation from Tamoxifen. I have been on a micro-dose for over a year now and it’s changed my life. There has been a lot of new research on the benefits of a GLP-1 and reducing breast cancer risk!
Of course, speak to your doctor first. Then if you are interested, click the link and set up a call with one of their doctors. Make sure to use code: ABUTLER170 at checkout to receive your $170 discount (normally $75).
Important: The code cannot be applied to any active subscription already created in the system. It only applies to new subscription purchases made with the code.
