When I started sharing my cancer journey on TikTok, it was a decision I made because I was 32 and had no idea what the next few years of my life looked like.

I didn’t know anyone my age who was currently experiencing cancer, especially not anyone who was young and in the prime of their life. I not only wanted to share as a way to document my journey for memories but to show those who would be diagnosed after me exactly what breast cancer treatment looked like.

Regardless of your age, gender or diagnosis, cancer at any stage of life is extremely challenging. It can feel isolating at times and like you have no where to run for questions or refuge.

And that’s how Cancer Baddies came to life.

I wanted a space for mutual connection. To feel heard. To feel safe.

I wanted to build a community of support for individuals before, during and after treatment because most times, doctors and our inner circles cannot provide this in ways we need.

What started out as a random support call, grew to bi-weekly calls and then monthly virtual events and then a 1-day retreat in Los Angeles. And we’re just getting started!

On January 6th, the new Cancer Baddies community platform will launch! This membership-based platform is designed to empower, connect, and uplift cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers like never before.
